Availability

Balloon flights are available on weekday mornings (excluding bank holidays) between March to November.

Restrictions

Hot air balloon flights are suitable for anyone over the age of 8 and participants should be at least 4' 6". Persons under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. There is a maximum weight limit per person of 18 stone. This activity is not suitable for pregnant women. It is necessary to advise the operator of any medical condition or any form of disability.

Dress Code

Sensible outdoor clothes including a hat and sturdy footwear and remember launch sites may be muddy in spring and autumn.

Spectators

Spectators are welcome to watch the inflation and launch of the balloon, and it may also be possible to follow the flight in their own vehicle if they wish. Please ask them to speak to the Retrieve Crew on the day of the flight.

Other Details

This exclusive balloon flight is for just 2 people. There will literally be the 2 of you in the basket on your own - apart from the pilot, of course!

Other sized groups can be catered for on request. Wind direction, weather conditions and operational constraints may restrict your flight and flights may be cancelled on the day, however you will be able to re-book for a mutually convenient date.
