Come and feed the amazing and truly unique Humboldt penguins with this fantastic zoo experience.
Your Feed The Penguins experience starts in the Discovery Centre where you will enjoy complimentary refreshments before being met by one of the Animal Park team. You will then be escorted to the Humboldt Penguin enclosure for your health and safety briefing. Throughout your animal encounter one of the trained keepers will be with you to answer any questions you may have and to capture wonderful photographs on your camera. You will change into protective overalls and wellington boots, help to prepare the fish and feed the Penguins by hand! By the end of this experience you will realise that penguins are truly unique animals, each one displaying their own individual personality.
You will receive a souvenir t-shirt and a certificate as a memento of a truly memorable animal encounter!
The experience lasts for approximately 30 minutes, however you can arrive early and stay late to enjoy the many other attractions and animals.
All of our gift experiences are presented in an attractive red case with "Congratulations - you are the lucky recipient of a Well Wicked experience day" written on the front. You will also get a DVD featuring many of our experiences. Experience vouchers can be personalised if required.
The Feed The Penguins experience is available daily throughout the year with the exception of Christmas Day. Experience starts at 3pm.
