How about combining this with archery, karting or clay shooting for a real action packed day. You can compete individually or as a team to eliminate opponents by hitting them with balls of paint. While oil-based paint was originally used, Paintballs are now made of special non-toxic biodegradable, water soluble mineral-oil. Games are usually played outdoors in woods, forests or large fields. The game field will be scattered with natural or artificial "props" which players will use for strategic play and scenarios. Rules for playing can vary but can often include capture the flag, elimination, defending or attacking a particular point or area or capturing objects hidden within the playing area. Games can last from seconds to hours or even days in some cases! You will be required to wear protective clothing and masks.
