Terms & Conditions

Delivery

Postage of our experience gift packs is charged at £3.50 and will usually be sent the same day. Please allow 3 – 5 working days for delivery of a gift pack, voucher or information (confirmation of booking). We also can send your pack by Royal Mail Special Delivery which is guaranteed to arrive the next day. If ordered on a Friday it will be delivered on Saturday, however if ordered at any point over a weekend it will be delivered on the following Tuesday. The cost of this is £8.50 and must be ordered before 1pm. Individual ‘gifts’ such as Ferrari products have different postage costs and you should refer to the product listing for this. Gifts also have different delivery periods and you will be kept updated by email regarding this. All delivery times stated on the website are to be used as a guide only. Please check at the time of purchase. You may need the delivery to be sooner. If this is the case, please contact Well Wicked Ltd on 08704 01 40 70 who will be able to advise you.

Delivery outside the UK – Prices include delivery of vouchers to the UK. If you require delivery to an address outside the UK please contact Well Wicked Ltd before purchase to enquire whether this will be possible.

Well Wicked Ltd cannot be held responsible if a gift pack, voucher, brochure or any other information arrives late due to Royal Mail. If the gift voucher is lost in the post Well Wicked Ltd. will provide a duplicate voucher. If the voucher is lost by the purchaser or the purchaser’s recipient you must contact Well Wicked Ltd immediately who will issue a duplicate voucher.

Well Wicked Ltd cannot be held responsible for non – delivered gift packs due to the failure of cleared payments by credit/debit card or cheque whereby it has not been received by Well Wicked Ltd.

Vouchers

All Well Wicked experience vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase (unless otherwise stated and with the exception of some Spa and Pamperday vouchers). The experience must also be booked and taken within the 12 month period (or other period as stated on the description).

Please note that some experiences may be seasonal. The 12 month validity of the voucher still applies and if there are any queries relating to this then the purchaser should enquire before making their purchase.

Well Wicked reserve the right to change the prices of experiences, vouchers and gifts at any time and with no prior notice. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and if exchanging an ‘open voucher’ for an experience that be of less monetary value than that on the face of the voucher then no cash refund will be given. The remaining amount will be held in an account for future use (the remaining amount will only be valid for the remaining validity period on the first voucher).

Booking & Venues

When you have decided on your chosen date you must contact Well Wicked Ltd (unless stated otherwise on your voucher) who will liase with the supplier of the event and will do their best to accommodate your chosen date. If this is not possible however, the nearest available date will be offered to you. Well Wicked cannot be held responsible for a preferred date not being offered. Also, please bear in mind that some experiences may stop running during the winter months. You will need to complete the “Redeem Gift” form on our website with your preferences with regards to dates and times or email info@wellwickedstuff.com. We do advise you to allow a minimum of two – four weeks to book your date, however in some circumstances we may be able to get customers booked in with very little notice. The majority of venues have their experience dates decided up to a year in advance, while some only release dates approx 6 weeks in advance, if this is a problem we would advise you to check before booking. Advance bookings must be made through Well Wicked, you will not be able to take part in the activity if you do not have an email confirmation from either Well Wicked or the venue to confirm your place.

All information regarding venues is correct at the time of purchase. Venues may however have changed at the time of booking. Well Wicked Ltd. will not offer a refund if a preferred venue is not available at the time of booking. Well Wicked Ltd. reserve the right to change venues, suppliers and special offers or promotions with no prior notice. If a special offer or promotion is no longer available at the time of booking a refund will not be given. Occasionally an experience may be withdrawn by either Well Wicked or the operators of the experience; in this situation you will be offered another experience of similar value. If the operators of the experience need to make changes to your experience on the day or run up to your day (for example in the case of a chosen car not being available for a driving experience) Well Wicked cannot be held responsible.

Driving Experiences

Most of the driving venues we use offer a Collision Damage Waiver insurance, which if you choose to pay would cover you for all or some of the damage that would be caused in the event of an accident. This is a service offered direct by the track and cannot be purchased through us. Please ask us if you require further information on this.

Weather

Weather conditions may affect some of our experiences. Once an experience is booked you should contact the venue prior to participating in the experience if you are unsure as to whether the activity will take place. If the experience is cancelled by the supplier due to severe conditions then your experience will be rebooked at the same venue on another occasion. Well Wicked Ltd will not refund for cancellation due to weather conditions, or pay for such costs as travel expenses if the participant travels to the experience location and it needs to be cancelled.

Restrictions

Many venues or experiences carry restrictions such as height, weight, age, health etc – this is for safety reasons and has been outlined to us by our suppliers. You must therefore check with Well Wicked Ltd. before purchasing and indeed booking your experience as these restrictions may have changed. Well Wicked Ltd will not refund if the participant cannot comply to these regulations and may be turned away from the venue.

Session Lengths

Session lengths are approximate and vary from venue to venue. We give them only as an indication of the time you will spend at the venue. For some experiences you will be taking turns with other people and there may be waiting time involved. We tell you approximately how long you will be at the venue as a guide only and the running order of an event may change.

Cancellations

Once an experience has been booked we cannot cancel for any reason. However, if the supplier needs to cancel then we will inform the participant and rearrange an alternative date at the same venue. We cannot be held resposible for any incidental expenses such as travel or hotel costs incurred if an experience has to be cancelled.

Exchange

We are happy to exchange experience vouchers at our discretion, for alternative experiences as long as it has not been booked. If the new experience is of less value than the voucher that has been purchased no cash refund will be given. If the experience is of greater cost than the voucher previously purchased then the difference must be paid. Once an experience has been booked it cannot under any circumstances be exchanged or refunded.

Refunds

We will refund the cost of an experience – 10 % admin charge within 7 days of purchase providing the voucher is returned to us and providing that the experience has not been booked. We regret that we cannot refund ‘gifts’ unless faulty and this must be within 7 days of purchase. Refunds will always be made to the person who purchased the experience. All refund requests must be made in writing.

Complaints

If for any reason you feel unhappy with your experience please let the venue know and inform Well Wicked in writing. We will do everything we can to rectify the situation. It is very difficult for us to deal with a complaint if you have not spoken to the venue on the day, therefore we do insist on you speaking to them in the first instance.

Descriptions & Illustrations

All descriptions of experiences are correct at the time of purchase. However, suppliers may change this from time to time. Illustrations are not intended to portray specific locations or equipment for experiences as we may have various locations for a particular activity.

Prices

All prices quoted in our promotional literature and on our website include VAT where applicable and are correct at the time of publication. We reserve the right to increase the price of any experience without notice.

Gifts and Ferrari Merchandise

Exchanges for Ferrari merchandise will ONLY be accepted within 7 days and the product must be returned to us at your own expense before we will despatch an exchange. We regret that we cannot refund or exchange gifts or Ferrari merchandise unless faulty or for an alternative size. If an item is believed to be faulty you must inform Well Wicked immediately who will ask you to return the item to them. We will then offer you an exchange or refund. If there is any query over the sizing of our Ferrari products then the purchaser should enquire about this before making their purchase. Some Ferrari products may vary very slightly from the picture and description. We cannot be held responsible for any delays in the postal system, however any items that are in stock will be sent out immediately.
